Dains Group, backed by IK Partners, has acquired Barnes Roffe, one of the UK’s top 50 accounting firms. The deal (effective 4 June 2025) adds over 29 partners and more than 200 employees in the London area, strengthening Dains' national footprint and client proposition in audit, tax, corporate finance and advisory services.
