Rensa Filtration Acquires APC Filtration and R.P. Fedder

Rensa Filtration has acquired APC Filtration (Brantford, Ontario) and R.P. Fedder (Rochester, New York) and will operate them together with its Custom Filter business to form an expanded high-efficiency air filtration division. The acquisitions add complementary manufacturing, testing and OEM engineering capabilities to Rensa’s product lineup to serve education, healthcare and high-tech manufacturing end markets.
