The acquisition (finalized April 26, 2024) expands Crash Champions' Luxe | EV Certified premium service line and immediately transitions DC Autocraft operations into the Crash Champions network.

Clearlake Capital Acquires Crash Champions; Strategic Combination with Service King

Clearlake Capital Group acquired Crash Champions from A&M Capital Opportunities and provided growth capital to support a strategic combination with Service King Collision. A minority roll/continuation investment came from A&M Capital Strategic Investments Fund; the combined company will operate over 550 locations across 35 states and the District of Columbia under the Crash Champions banner. Terms were not disclosed.
