Crash Champions, a portfolio company of A&M Capital Opportunities (part of Alvarez & Marsal Capital), acquired 21 independent collision repair shops between August 2020 and January 2021, growing its footprint to 60 locations across seven U.S. states. The deal is part of an ongoing roll-up strategy to consolidate fragmented collision repair operations, deepen insurance carrier relationships, and capture scale and operating synergies.
