Antin Infrastructure Partners has acquired Pulsant, a leading UK data centre and cloud infrastructure provider, from Oak Hill Capital and Scottish Equity Partners. Antin plans to work with Pulsant's management to invest in and expand the company’s regional data centre and cloud capabilities to meet growing demand for edge and cloud services in the UK.

Inflexion Acquires Cloud Specialist ANS

Inflexion has acquired ANS, a UK provider of digital transformation and cloud managed services, and will combine ANS with an existing Inflexion investment under one parent group to create a leading independent provider of secure, cloud-led digital transformation. ANS, founded in 1996 with around 270 employees and partnerships with Microsoft and AWS, will continue to operate under its brand while the combined group expands services, launches a Digital Academy and plans to hire more than 100 staff.
