Accenture has acquired Anser Advisory to expand its capital project and infrastructure delivery capabilities in North America. Accenture will acquire the Anser Advisory brand and roughly 920 employees focused on private sector and state and local projects, while Markon Solutions (about 280 employees) — Anser's federal consulting business — was retained by seller Sterling Investment Partners; terms were not disclosed.

IFS Acquires Axios Systems

IANS, a practitioner-led research and advisory platform serving Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), will add Apax Digital partners to its board; financial terms were not disclosed and the deal is expected to close in Q2 2024.

nClouds Acquires Cloudnexa

nClouds, an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, has acquired Cloudnexa, another AWS Premier partner, to combine cloud operations, security and compliance capabilities. The deal—completed by nClouds (which is backed by Charles Thayne Capital)—creates one of the largest pure-play AWS partners in North America and strengthens the combined firm's offerings across public sector, healthcare, fintech and other industries.

ASGN Incorporated Acquires Intersys Consulting, LLC

ASGN Incorporated (through its Apex Systems division) completed the acquisition of Intersys Consulting, LLC for $67.0 million in cash. Intersys — an Austin-based data, analytics and digital transformation consultancy with ~ $31M revenue in 2019 — will join Apex Systems to deepen ASGN's capabilities in cloud, data science and digital product development.
