Inflexion’s Partnership Capital II fund is making a strategic investment in aosphere alongside Allen & Overy and US investor Endicott Capital, with A&O retaining a significant minority stake as the business becomes a stand‑alone entity. The investment will fund aosphere’s continued product investment and international growth — in particular expansion into the US and growth via potential acquisitions — to scale its global regulatory data and compliance subscription business.
