ASGN Incorporated Acquires IndraSoft

IndraSoft’s team of more than 220 consultants will be integrated into ASGN’s ECS Missions Solutions business unit; the deal includes cash consideration and restricted stock unit awards for select IndraSoft employees.

ASGN Incorporated Acquires GlideFast Consulting

GlideFast will join ASGN's Apex Consulting Services within the Commercial Segment, bringing ServiceNow implementation capabilities and expected 2022 revenue of about $95 million to support cross-selling across ASGN's large account base.

Skyris, founded in Fredericksburg, Virginia, brings approximately 75 cleared technical employees and proprietary Data-as-a-Service capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

Synopsys Acquires Ansys

Synopsys has acquired Ansys in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at about $35 billion, combining Synopsys' electronic design automation (EDA) and IP capabilities with Ansys' simulation and analysis portfolio to create an integrated "silicon-to-systems" engineering leader. The deal, announced January 16, 2024 and completed July 17, 2025, positions the combined company to deliver integrated multiphysics and EDA solutions across semiconductors, automotive, aerospace and other industries.

iC Consult Group Acquires ICSynergy

iC Consult Group, a Carlyle-backed IAM consultancy headquartered in Munich, has acquired ICSynergy, a Plano, Texas-based integrator of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The acquisition expands iC Consult's footprint in North America and broadens its managed-service and implementation capabilities; the purchase price was not disclosed and 7 Mile Advisors acted as buyside advisor.
