Intersys — an Austin-based data, analytics and digital transformation consultancy with ~ $31M revenue in 2019 — will join Apex Systems to deepen ASGN's capabilities in cloud, data science and digital product development.

ASGN Incorporated Acquires IndraSoft

ASGN Incorporated has acquired IndraSoft Inc., a Reston, Virginia-based cybersecurity and digital transformation solutions provider to the U.S. federal government. IndraSoft’s team of more than 220 consultants will be integrated into ASGN’s ECS Missions Solutions business unit; the deal includes cash consideration and restricted stock unit awards for select IndraSoft employees.

NV5 Global Acquires GIS Solutions, Inc.

(NV5) has agreed to acquire GIS Solutions, Inc., a Springfield, Illinois–based provider of enterprise GIS application development, cloud database design, data science, and project management services for state departments of transportation and utilities. The deal, paid with a combination of cash and stock, is expected to be immediately accretive to NV5 and expands NV5’s geospatial and cloud-managed data capabilities.

The add-on acquisition, which closed January 2, 2026, expands SBS’s intelligent design platform with GSI’s cloud-based Distribution Design Studio (DDS) and mobile Forester field offerings to better serve utilities and infrastructure customers across North America and Europe.
