SilverSky Acquires Cygilant

SilverSky has acquired Burlington, Massachusetts-based Cygilant, adding the target's Belfast-based SOC and Ph.D.-level cybersecurity and data-research talent. The deal expands SilverSky's geographic footprint into the UK/Europe and strengthens its managed detection and response (MDR) capabilities.
