SilverSky, a Raleigh-based managed detection and response (MDR) provider, completed the acquisition of Fort Lauderdale-based Cybraics to integrate its AI/ML behavioral analytics and threat-hunting platform. The deal enhances SilverSky’s threat detection capabilities, expands its federal (including DoD) market presence, and brings Cybraics’ leadership into SilverSky’s management team.

Bitsight Acquires Cybersixgill for $115M

Skyview Capital Acquires Fidelis Cybersecurity

Skyview Capital, a Los Angeles–headquartered private investment firm, has acquired Fidelis Cybersecurity, Inc. from a consortium of investors; terms were not disclosed. Fidelis is a provider of threat detection, hunting, and response solutions (including managed detection and response) with more than 250 employees, and Skyview said it will support the company’s growth and pursue further opportunities in the IT security sector.

Nordic Capital and Astorg Acquire Cytel from New Mountain Capital

Cytel, a Waltham, Massachusetts–based provider of clinical trial design software, biometrics services and advanced analytics with more than 1,500 employees, will continue to be led by CEO Josh Schultz while the new owners invest to accelerate product development and growth; terms were not disclosed.

Sabel Systems Acquires Centil

Sabel Systems Technology Solutions has acquired Centil to strengthen its digital engineering and space-domain capabilities, particularly in DevSecOps and CI/CD product development for defense and commercial space customers. The deal is Sabel's second acquisition since Sagewind Capital made a majority investment in the company in October; legal and financial advisers for the deal were named in the announcement.
