OneSix Acquires CTI Data

OneSix, a Chicago-based data and AI consultancy, has acquired CTI Data, a Burlington, Massachusetts data governance and analytics consulting firm founded in 1994. The deal expands OneSix’s governed Snowflake analytics and responsible AI capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed. Novistra Capital served as exclusive advisor to CTI Data and OneSix added Frank Farrall to its board.

Rapid7 Acquires IntSights Cyber Intelligence for ~$335M

Rapid7, Inc. (NASDAQ: RPD) acquired IntSights Cyber Intelligence Ltd. for approximately $335 million in cash and stock. The acquisition brings IntSights' external threat intelligence and remediation capabilities into Rapid7's Insight Platform to strengthen its XDR and threat detection, response and automation offerings.

Check Point Acquires Cyberint

Check Point Software Technologies is acquiring threat intelligence firm Cyberint (Cyberint Technologies) to integrate its external risk management, threat intelligence and attack-surface management capabilities into Check Point's SOC and Infinity platform. The deal, reported at about $200 million, strengthens Check Point's managed threat-intelligence and SOC offerings; the transaction is expected to close by Q4 2024.

Sontiq Acquires Cyberscout

The acquisition expands Sontiq's identity and cyber protection platform (alongside IdentityForce and EZShield) and deepens its capabilities and relationships in the insurance and financial services markets.

Tricentis Acquires SeaLights

Tricentis, the Austin-based leader in AI-powered continuous testing, has acquired Israeli SaaS quality-intelligence provider SeaLights (deal estimated at around $150 million). The acquisition extends Tricentis' quality intelligence capabilities across the CI/CD pipeline, and SeaLights' team and technology will be integrated into Tricentis' platform; SeaLights co-founder Eran Sher joins Tricentis as EVP and General Manager, Quality Intelligence.
