Check Point Software Technologies Acquires Perimeter 81

Check Point Software Technologies has agreed to acquire SASE/SSE vendor Perimeter 81 for approximately $490 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis. The acquisition adds Perimeter 81’s Zero Trust and cloud-native secure access capabilities to Check Point Infinity to accelerate Check Point’s SASE/SSE offering and support hybrid and remote work customers.

Check Point Software Technologies Acquires Atmosec

Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. has agreed to acquire Atmosec, an early-stage SaaS security startup that discovers and disconnects malicious SaaS applications, prevents risky third-party communications, and fixes SaaS misconfigurations. The acquisition — expected to close by mid-September 2023 — will integrate Atmosec's capabilities into Check Point Infinity to strengthen Check Point's SaaS security and SASE offering.

Rapid7 Acquires IntSights Cyber Intelligence for ~$335M

Bitsight Acquires Cybersixgill for $115M

Proofpoint Acquires InteliSecure for $62.5M

CISO Global Acquires SB Cyber Technologies

(NASDAQ: CISO) has acquired SB Cyber Technologies, LLC, a veteran-owned cybersecurity company based in Chesapeake, Virginia, and maker of the CHECKLIGHT endpoint detection and response (EDR) technology. The acquisition makes SB Cyber a wholly owned subsidiary of CISO Global and expands CISO Global’s managed security, EDR and detection-and-response capabilities for enterprise and government clients.
