Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. has agreed to acquire Atmosec, an early-stage SaaS security startup that discovers and disconnects malicious SaaS applications, prevents risky third-party communications, and fixes SaaS misconfigurations. The acquisition — expected to close by mid-September 2023 — will integrate Atmosec's capabilities into Check Point Infinity to strengthen Check Point's SaaS security and SASE offering.
