Tricentis Acquires SeaLights

Tricentis, the Austin-based leader in AI-powered continuous testing, has acquired Israeli SaaS quality-intelligence provider SeaLights (deal estimated at around $150 million). The acquisition extends Tricentis' quality intelligence capabilities across the CI/CD pipeline, and SeaLights' team and technology will be integrated into Tricentis' platform; SeaLights co-founder Eran Sher joins Tricentis as EVP and General Manager, Quality Intelligence.
