Evolution AB Acquires Galaxy Gaming for Approximately $85M

Evolution AB (publ), via its subsidiary Evolution Malta Holding Limited, agreed to acquire Galaxy Gaming, Inc. for approximately $85 million in cash, valuing the company at about $124 million including net debt. The deal strengthens Evolution's US presence and content portfolio by adding Galaxy's proprietary table games and technology; Galaxy's management and employees will be retained and the transaction is expected to close in mid-2025 subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

Endava Acquires Lexicon Digital (Australia)

The acquisition strengthens Endava's presence in Australia and provides a nearshore delivery location in Vietnam, adding talent and enterprise clients (notably in insurance and wealth management) to Endava's regional capabilities.
