Headquartered in Ingatestone, England, Grassform is a U.K. market leader in ground protection and temporary roadway solutions with a fleet of over 20,000 composite mats and reported £15 million revenue and £6 million EBITDA for the 12 months ended Oct 31, 2025; the acquisition expands NPK's U.K. rental footprint and scale.
