Inverness Graham Acquires Custom Agronomics

Inverness Graham, a private investment firm based in Wayne, Pennsylvania, has acquired Custom Agronomics, Inc., a Palm City, Florida-based formulator and manufacturer of private-label liquid plant nutrition and specialty agricultural products. The company's co-founders will remain in place and Inverness Graham said Custom Agronomics will serve as a platform to pursue further acquisitions in the specialty agriculture and turf & ornamentals markets.

KICTeam (Inverness Graham) Acquires Teknipure

KICTeam, a proprietary cleaning-consumables platform owned by private investment firm Inverness Graham, has acquired Teknipure, a Mesa, Arizona-based developer and manufacturer of cleanroom contamination-control consumables. The add-on expands KICTeam's addressable markets into biopharmaceuticals, medical devices and advanced manufacturing, and will allow investment in U.S.-based capacity to support increased demand; terms were not disclosed.
