Apollo-Managed Funds to Acquire The Travel Corporation

Apollo-managed funds have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire The Travel Corporation (TTC), a privately held portfolio of 18 travel brands including Trafalgar, Uniworld Boutique River Cruises, Contiki and Insight Vacations. The deal — excluding certain assets such as The Red Carnation Hotel Collection — is part of TTC's family succession plan and is expected to close in Q4 2024, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

AppDirect Acquires TBI

Opus Inspection Acquires Applus Technologies, Inc.

Opus Inspection, Inc. signed an agreement to purchase 100% of Applus Technologies, Inc. (ATI) and completed the acquisition in early 2023, after which ATI became a wholly owned subsidiary of Opus. The deal (a divestiture by Applus Services, S.A.) strengthens Opus’s inspection and technical services capabilities and expands its service offering to current and future customers.

CVC DIF Funds Acquire American Student Transportation Partners from Access Holdings

ASTP grew rapidly under Access's data-driven operating model—expanding from 435 to over 2,300 vehicles and transporting more than 90,000 students annually—and Access engaged Lincoln International, Miles & Stockbridge, and RSM as advisers on the sale.

TRP Capital Acquires Diversified Technologies International (DTI)

DTI is an asset-light provider of supply chain and program management for tooling design and manufacturing serving automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers; TRP expects to add value via customer growth and infrastructure support.
