The Silicon Partners (TSP), an SAP and automation-focused IT services firm headquartered in Folsom, California, has acquired Logic Point, Inc., an Austin-based SAP services and data-quality consulting firm focused on the energy & utilities sector. The deal brings Logic Point's Data Sherpa data-cleansing, governance and archiving capabilities into TSP to strengthen its utilities industry footprint and complement TSP's RPA-enabled SAP S/4HANA migration and cloud services.
