WorkWave, a PE-backed provider of field service SaaS solutions, has signed an agreement to acquire TEAM Software, a leading provider of software for cleaning, janitorial, security, and facilities management service providers. The deal (expected to close end of September 2021) is an add-on to WorkWave’s portfolio that expands its vertical coverage and international footprint; TEAM was previously backed by Accel-KKR.

Erecruit Acquires Innovantage

Erecruit has acquired Innovantage, a UK-based provider of recruitment insights and workforce analytics, to add labor-market data and lead-generation capabilities to its staffing software suite. The acquisition will allow Erecruit to offer Innovantage as a standalone product and integrate its analytics into Erecruit and Adapt applications to better serve staffing firms and job boards.

Accel-KKR Acquires Majority Stake in INX Software

Accel-KKR Acquires Navis from Cargotec

The deal transfers Navis' full software portfolio and employees to Accel-KKR and is intended to accelerate Navis' SaaS and digitalization strategy while supporting strategic M&A and expansion into inland and other supply-chain solutions.
