Accel-KKR has acquired listed company K2fly and will combine its regulatory, compliance and disclosure SaaS with Perth-based INX Software to create a leading mission-critical software provider for high-risk, asset-intensive industries. The combined business will serve mining, resources, energy & utilities, transport, government and other complex operations with integrated RegTech, ESG and workforce/safety management solutions.
