TPG Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Nintex

TPG Capital has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Nintex, the Bellevue, Washington–based provider of digital process automation software. Existing majority investor Thoma Bravo will make a new equity investment and retain a significant minority stake; the transaction is expected to close by the end of 2021 and aims to accelerate Nintex's product R&D and go-to-market expansion.

Nintex Acquires Kryon

Nintex has acquired Kryon, a process discovery innovator and robotic process automation (RPA) leader, to expand the intelligent process automation capabilities of the Nintex Process Platform. The deal — terms undisclosed — is Nintex’s first acquisition under majority investor TPG and will integrate Kryon’s AI-enabled process discovery and RPA offerings into Nintex’s low-code automation portfolio.

Nintex Acquires Skuid

Nintex has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Skuid, a low-code cloud platform that enables operational leaders to design and deploy business applications without code. The acquisition will combine Skuid’s design-centric low-code capabilities with Nintex’s process intelligence and automation portfolio to deliver integrated app development and workflow automation for enterprise customers; the deal is expected to close in the coming weeks.

Nintex Acquires EnableSoft, Maker of Foxtrot RPA

Kofax Acquires Ephesoft

N. Harris Computer Corporation Acquires K2 Medical Systems

Harris Computer Corporation (Harris), an operating group of Constellation Software Inc., has acquired K2 Medical Systems Holdings Limited, a UK-based provider of specialized maternity ward software and perinatal clinical tools. The acquisition expands Harris's healthcare portfolio into the maternity sector and adds an international foundation; K2 will retain operational autonomy with CEO and co-founder Dr. Robert Keith continuing as Executive Vice President.
