JGB Enterprises Acquires HosePower Canada (Industrial, Petroleum and Mining Supplies Ltd.)

JGB Enterprises, backed by HCI Equity Partners, has acquired Industrial, Petroleum and Mining Supplies Limited d/b/a HosePower Canada (IPM). The add-on acquisition (closed June 10, 2021) gives JGB entry into the Canadian market, adding six locations, a complementary hose and fittings product portfolio and service capabilities to serve roughly 3,000 customers across forestry, mining, construction, agriculture and other industrial end markets.

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES), a Palladium Equity Partners-backed industrial and environmental services platform, has acquired J&S Industrial Services, a Greater St. Louis-area provider of vacuum truck, hydro-excavation, hydroblasting and waste management services. The add-on expands SES's Midwest footprint and operational capacity across Missouri, Illinois and neighboring states to better serve industrial and infrastructure customers.

TJC, L.P. (The Jordan Company) Acquires Industrial Service Group Holdings, LLC

(The Jordan Company) has acquired Industrial Service Group Holdings, LLC (The Industrial Service Group) in a sale from KCM Capital Partners, with PNC Mezzanine Capital, Five Points Capital, and ISG management among the sellers. The transaction represents the exit of KCM's buy-and-build investment in ISG, a provider of recurring outsourced MRO services and rotating equipment repair, service and distribution for industrial end markets.

J.F. Lehman & Company Acquires Integrated Global Services

Lehman & Company (through an investment affiliate) acquired Integrated Global Services (IGS), a Richmond, Virginia–based provider of engineered surface protection and metal cladding solutions, in a transaction that closed February 4, 2020. The deal — the first platform investment for JFLCO's JFL Equity Investors V fund — was financed in part with debt from Benefit Street Partners and involved selling shareholders including Industrial Growth Partners.

The add-on expands Shenandoah’s footprint into Tampa Bay and West Central Florida, adds experienced staff and new municipal, industrial and government customers, and broadens its service capabilities in pipeline inspection and rehabilitation.
