KLH Capital Recapitalizes Shenandoah Industrial Solutions

KLH Capital partnered with the management team of Shenandoah Industrial Solutions to complete a recapitalization of the Florida-based provider of storm drainage inspection, cleaning and CIPP (cured-in-place pipe) rehabilitation. The transaction was financed with support from Plexus Capital Partners and Valley National Bank, and certain members of Shenandoah's management rolled equity and remain shareholders to support the company’s growth and expansion.

GenNx360 Capital Partners has invested in Shenandoah Industrial Solutions, a Pompano Beach, Florida-based provider of underground infrastructure services, acquiring the company from KLH Capital. The investment will support Shenandoah’s expansion of operations, service capabilities (pipe cleaning, inspection, and trenchless rehabilitation), and continued geographic growth across Florida and the Southeastern U.S.

Shenandoah (GenNx360) Acquires Pro-Pipe Services from National Underground Group

GenNx360 Capital Partners’ portfolio company Shenandoah has acquired Pro-Pipe Services, LLC from National Underground Group. The add-on expands Shenandoah’s geographic footprint into the U.S. Southwest (branches in Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque, Dallas and Denver) and adds cross-bore inspection capabilities to its sanitary and stormwater pipe cleaning, inspection and rehabilitation services.

Superior Environmental Solutions Acquires Arrowhead Environmental Services

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES), a portfolio company of Palladium Equity Partners, has acquired Arrowhead Environmental Services, a Windsor, Virginia-based provider of environmental and industrial services. The add-on expands SES's geographic reach into the Southern Mid-Atlantic (Central Virginia), brings approximately 50 employees and 75 customers into the SES platform, and underscores Palladium's strategy of growing SES via tuck-in acquisitions; financial terms were not disclosed.
