Shenandoah (GenNx360) Acquires Pro-Pipe Services from National Underground Group

GenNx360 Capital Partners’ portfolio company Shenandoah has acquired Pro-Pipe Services, LLC from National Underground Group. The add-on expands Shenandoah’s geographic footprint into the U.S. Southwest (branches in Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque, Dallas and Denver) and adds cross-bore inspection capabilities to its sanitary and stormwater pipe cleaning, inspection and rehabilitation services.

Nu-Pipe founder and CEO Ashby Johnson will join Shenandoah as President of Solution Technologies, and the deal expands Shenandoah's CIPP, SAPL and grouting capabilities across the U.S.

Shenandoah Industrial Services Acquires Bay Area Environmental Services

Shenandoah Industrial Services, a KLH Capital-backed provider of storm drainage and pipeline rehabilitation services, has acquired Bay Area Environmental Services, a Gibsonton, Florida-based water and sewer pipeline cleaning, testing, and restoration specialist. The add-on expands Shenandoah’s footprint into Tampa Bay and West Central Florida, adds experienced staff and new municipal, industrial and government customers, and broadens its service capabilities in pipeline inspection and rehabilitation.

MidOcean Partners Acquires SI Solutions

MidOcean Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, has acquired SI Solutions, a provider of engineering, testing, inspection, compliance, maintenance and digital solutions for power and critical infrastructure. SI Solutions (more than 450 employees) will remain led by CEO Mark Marano; management, employee shareholders and prior investor Jumana Capital have reinvested in the business. Terms were not disclosed.

GenNx360 Capital Partners Acquires Schneider Packaging Equipment

Harvey & Company participated as a co-investor and adviser; Schneider (~135 employees) will partner with GenNx360 to pursue organic and inorganic growth across end markets including food & beverage, healthcare and consumer products.

Blue Sage Capital Invests in Geo-Solutions, Inc.

Austin-based private equity firm Blue Sage Capital has completed a majority investment/recapitalization in Geo-Solutions, Inc., a New Kensington, Pennsylvania geotechnical and environmental remediation services provider. Blue Sage will partner with Geo-Solutions' management to expand geographic footprint, extend service lines, pursue strategic acquisitions and reinvest in the business.
