Incline Equity Partners’ portfolio company Continental Batteries has acquired Metroplex Battery and Ellis Battery, two aftermarket battery distributors serving automotive, commercial, golf and marine markets. These add-on acquisitions are part of Continental’s rapid roll-up strategy, marking its eighth acquisition in nine months and expanding the platform to roughly fifty branches across fifteen states.
