Continental Batteries, a platform backed by Incline Equity Partners, has acquired Battery Sales & Service (BSS), a Memphis-based aftermarket battery distributor. The acquisition adds eight branch locations to Continental’s network—expanding the platform to 42 branches across 15 states—as part of a strategy to consolidate the fragmented aftermarket battery industry and expand geographic coverage.
