KORE Power Acquires Northern Reliability (NRI) and Launches KORE Solutions

The deal creates a vertically integrated U.S. energy storage integrator, will add 25 positions in Waterbury, Vermont, and makes NRI's president Jay Bellows President of KORE Power; terms were not disclosed.
