Lithion Power Group Acquires Aved Electronics

Lithion Power Group, a TriWest Capital Partners Fund V portfolio company, has acquired Aved Electronics from its existing shareholders with participation from Aved management. The acquisition adds Aved's battery pack manufacturing, cable and harness assembly, and electro-mechanical box-build capabilities to Lithion's offering, expanding product lines and end-market exposure into medical, defense, robotics and communications.
