Curtiss-Wright Corporation has completed the acquisition of 901D Holdings, LLC from Graycliff Partners LP for $132 million. 901D is a designer and manufacturer of mission-critical integrated electronic systems and ruggedized shipboard enclosures that support U.S. Navy shipbuilding programs; the purchase expands Curtiss-Wright's defense systems integration and naval capabilities.
