Curtiss-Wright Corporation completed the acquisition of WSC, Inc. for approximately $34 million in cash. WSC, a Frederick, Maryland–based provider of nuclear and process plant simulation and digital twin technology with roughly $15 million of 2023 revenue and about 45 employees, will operate within Curtiss-Wright's Naval & Power segment to expand its advanced simulation and digital capabilities for commercial nuclear, process and defense end markets.

Woodward Acquires Safran Electronics & Defense North American Electromechanical Actuation Business

Woodward (NASDAQ: WWD) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Safran Electronics & Defense’s electromechanical actuation business operating in the United States, Mexico and Canada, including IP, operations, talent and long-term customer agreements for Horizontal Stabilizer Trim Actuation (HSTA) systems. The acquisition strengthens Woodward's electromechanical actuation and flight-control product platform (notably supporting Airbus A350 programs); the transaction is expected to close in mid-2025 and financial terms were not disclosed.

Curtiss-Wright Acquires 901D from Graycliff Partners for $132 Million

Curtiss-Wright Corporation has completed the acquisition of 901D Holdings, LLC from Graycliff Partners LP for $132 million. 901D is a designer and manufacturer of mission-critical integrated electronic systems and ruggedized shipboard enclosures that support U.S. Navy shipbuilding programs; the purchase expands Curtiss-Wright's defense systems integration and naval capabilities.

Curtiss-Wright Corporation Acquires Dyna-Flo Control Valve Services Ltd.

Curtiss-Wright Corporation agreed to acquire Dyna-Flo Control Valve Services Ltd. for CAD$81 million (approximately US$62 million) in cash. Dyna-Flo, a Calgary-area (Edmonton) manufacturer of control and isolation valves and actuators with approx. 120 employees and expected 2020 sales of CAD$33 million, will be integrated into Curtiss-Wright’s Commercial/Industrial segment to expand its industrial valve portfolio and global sales reach.

Curtiss-Wright Acquires Keronite Group Limited for $35M

Keronite, a Cambridge, UK-based provider of Plasma Electrolytic Oxidation (PEO) surface treatment services that serve defense, commercial aerospace, industrial vehicle and semiconductor markets, will operate within Curtiss-Wright’s Aerospace & Industrial segment and generated roughly $9 million in sales in 2022.

Kingswood Capital Acquires Safran Passenger Innovations (RAVE Aerospace)

Kingswood Capital Management has completed the acquisition of Safran Passenger Innovations from Safran and the business has been renamed RAVE Aerospace. Headquartered in Brea, California, RAVE Aerospace provides in‑flight entertainment and connectivity solutions for airlines, lessors and OEMs; Kingswood says it will invest to accelerate growth, expand globally, and develop new technologies.
