Pivotal Growth Acquires Charleston Financial Services Limited

Pivotal Growth, backed by Pollen Street Capital, has acquired Charleston Financial Services Limited, a Milton Keynes-based mortgage and protection broker specialising in commercial, bridging, buy-to-let and HMO markets. The transaction — granted FCA regulatory approval — expands Pivotal Growth's specialist distribution offering and is the 13th acquisition completed under Pollen Street's ownership.
