Pivotal Growth Acquires Lifetime Finance Group Limited

Pivotal Growth, the joint venture between Pollen Street IV and LSL Property Services plc, has agreed terms to acquire Lifetime Finance Group Limited, a Glasgow-based mortgage broker with strengths in new-build, contractor and self-employed mortgages. The deal is the first bolt-on acquisition for the Pivotal Growth platform as it builds a UK-wide mortgage brokerage business; Lifetime's CEO Gordon Hunter will retain a minority investment.
