The asset acquisition brings robotic automation, mechatronics and end-of-arm tooling expertise into BMG’s thermoforming and packaging equipment platform to enable fully integrated turnkey packaging automation solutions.

G&V, an ISO 9001:2015 certified production CNC machining firm based in Ixonia, Wisconsin, supplies complex parts to construction, agriculture, on‑highway trucking, forestry, mining and other OEM industries; the deal expands MTM's capacity, capabilities and end-market reach.

GMS Acquires Brown Machinery

GMS Inc. has completed the acquisition of the assets of Brown Machinery, a commercial and residential supplier of EIFS, stucco, concrete block and masonry products with four locations serving Oklahoma and North Texas. Brown Machinery will continue to operate under its existing brand with General Manager Justin Owens remaining in place as GMS expands its distribution coverage of complementary products in Oklahoma and surrounding markets.

Boyd Corporation Acquires GMN

Boyd Corporation has acquired GMN, a Seattle-based developer of customized engineered-material solutions including graphic overlays, capacitive touch devices, optical encoders and PTC heaters. The acquisition expands Boyd’s engineered materials and human-machine interface capabilities to better serve regulated end markets such as medical, eMobility and aerospace and will operate as part of the Boyd global manufacturing footprint.
