The acquisition expands BMG's thermoforming and packaging machine portfolio, adds GN's contact-heat and form-cut stack thermoforming technologies, and increases access to GN's international customer base (over half of GN's sales are outside North America).

Addtronics Acquires Bow Robotics

Addtronics, a Kaho Partners‑backed holding company focused on robotic automation solution providers, has acquired Bow Robotics, a West Chester, Ohio firm that provides spare parts, rebuild & repair services, and preventative maintenance for industrial robots. Bow's founder William "Bill" Bow will remain as President as the business becomes the third addition to the Addtronics platform, expanding the platform's aftermarket parts and services capabilities.

LBMX Inc., a London, Ontario–based business marketplace platform provider, acquired Buying Group Services (BGS) in an all‑shares transaction effective January 1, 2022. The acquisition adds managed services capabilities to LBMX's existing EDI, PIM and eCommerce offerings, enabling expanded services (including central payments and PIM enrichment) for independent distributors, buying groups and suppliers across end markets such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building materials and food service equipment.

BGM Group Ltd Acquires YX Management Company Ltd.

(NASDAQ: BGM) completed the acquisition of YX Management Company Ltd. on April 25, 2025, issuing 47.5 million Class A ordinary shares in an all‑share transaction valuing YX at US$95.0 million. The deal gives YX shareholders approximately 32.6% of BGM's equity (about 2.2% voting power) and is intended to accelerate BGM's AI-driven transformation by integrating YX's intelligent mobility platform and AI capabilities across BGM's insurance, mobility and digital services businesses.

The deal expands ASTI's AGV and mobile robotics portfolio, strengthens its presence in the DACH region and the United States, and increases the group workforce to over 300 employees.
