iQSTEL Acquires 51% Stake in QXTEL

The deal is being financed by investors including Eurazeo Capital, IK Investment Partners and RAISE Investissement, with Paragon Fund III (an affiliate of NovumIP’s majority shareholder) participating as a financial investor in Questel.
