Impact Floors, a Dallas-based platform backed by Blue Sage Capital, has acquired Got You Floored, a Greensboro, North Carolina provider of flooring products and installation services serving multifamily properties, developers and retail homeowners. The deal is Impact's first add-on since Blue Sage's investment and will serve as a platform to expand Impact's geographic footprint across the Carolinas and the broader Southeast; founder Matt Ketterman will remain with the business to support growth.
