Austin-based private equity firm Blue Sage Capital completed an investment in Impact Floors, a Dallas-headquartered provider of quick-turn flooring and countertop replacement services for multifamily owners and operators. The founder, Reagan Stricklin, will remain involved as Blue Sage provides capital and strategic resources to accelerate growth, pursue new markets across the Southern U.S., and support M&A activity.

OneSource's leadership will oversee Impact's Phoenix operations effective September 1, 2024; the deal is the fifth add-on since Blue Sage invested in Impact and strengthens Impact's Sun Belt platform.
