VENCORA UK LIMITED (part of Vencora) completed its public tender offer for all publicly held shares of CREALOGIX Holding AG on February 22, 2024, and now holds approximately 99.07% of the issued share capital. CREALOGIX will continue to operate independently under CEO Oliver Weber while Vencora plans squeeze-out proceedings, delisting from SIX Swiss Exchange, and intends to leverage CREALOGIX to strengthen its banking technology portfolio across Europe.
