Crusoe Acquires Atero to Boost AI Infrastructure Performance

Crusoe has acquired Atero, an Israeli startup that develops GPU management and memory-optimization software for AI workloads, to accelerate development of managed AI services on the Crusoe Cloud and establish Crusoe’s first Middle East office in Tel Aviv. The Atero team will integrate into Crusoe’s engineering organization to improve GPU utilization, performance and energy efficiency across Crusoe’s AI cloud platform; financial terms were not disclosed.

424 Capital Acquires QE Solar

424 Capital has completed the acquisition of QE Solar, a Cranford, New Jersey-based provider of operations and maintenance (O&M) services for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar and battery energy storage systems. The investment will provide capital to support QE Solar's nationwide workforce growth and expand its capabilities in solar and battery storage services; QE Solar employs over 80 field technicians and engineers and services more than 2.0 GW of C&I solar installations.

(operating as Co-Energy America), a Upton, Massachusetts developer of packaged combined heat and power (CHP) systems. The acquisition expands Clarke Energy's U.S. footprint and its CHP product/service capabilities across the 35 kW to 1 MW size range for commercial and institutional customers in the Northeast.
