Crusoe Acquires Atero to Boost AI Infrastructure Performance

Crusoe has acquired Atero, an Israeli startup that develops GPU management and memory-optimization software for AI workloads, to accelerate development of managed AI services on the Crusoe Cloud and establish Crusoe’s first Middle East office in Tel Aviv. The Atero team will integrate into Crusoe’s engineering organization to improve GPU utilization, performance and energy efficiency across Crusoe’s AI cloud platform; financial terms were not disclosed.
