HARMAN Acquires CAARESYS

HARMAN International (a Samsung subsidiary) has acquired CAARESYS, an Israel-based developer of in-cabin radar sensing for passenger monitoring, vital-sign detection and Child Presence Detection (CPD). The deal brings CAARESYS' radar sensor and algorithms into HARMAN's automotive portfolio to accelerate in-vehicle safety, comfort and well-being features for automakers.

HARMAN Acquires Roon

The deal transfers Sound United's portfolio of premium audio brands — including Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, Marantz, Polk Audio, HEOS, Classé, Definitive Technology and Boston Acoustics — to HARMAN, expanding its product offerings across home, personal and automotive audio; media reports value the transaction at approximately $350 million.

Harbinger Motors Acquires Phantom AI

Harbinger Motors acquired autonomous-driving and computer-vision company Phantom AI in November 2025 and will integrate Phantom AI’s technology into its medium-duty electric and hybrid vehicles beginning in 2026. Separately, Phantom AI’s computer vision will be licensed to ZF Group’s ADAS business for passenger car applications; Phantom AI’s ~30-person Mountain View team will continue operating from California.

Automation Anywhere Acquires Aisera
