Automation Anywhere has acquired Aisera to integrate Aisera's conversational AI agents and agentic solutions into its Agentic Process Automation (APA) platform, expanding its AI-driven automation capabilities across ITSM, HR and customer service. Aisera's team (including more than 100 AI engineers) will join Automation Anywhere; BofA Securities advised Automation Anywhere and J.P. Morgan advised Aisera.
