Peak Technologies, a portfolio company of Sole Source Capital, has acquired Automation Intelligence, a Flint, Michigan-based robotics systems integrator. The add-on strengthens Peak's Smart Technologies offering by adding advanced robotics and machine vision capabilities to its digital supply chain and AIDC solutions; terms were not disclosed.

Ripple Acquires Fortress Trust

Ripple has agreed to acquire Fortress Trust, a subsidiary of Fortress Blockchain Technologies, bringing a Nevada trust license and Web3 custody and payments infrastructure into Ripple's enterprise crypto stack. The acquisition expands Ripple's regulatory licenses and capabilities across payments, custody, and tokenization; the deal remains subject to due diligence and regulatory approvals.

Huron Acquires Salesforce Industries Partner ForceIQ
