Boston-based private equity firm Abry Partners spearheaded the merger of Aspect Software and Noble Systems to create Alvaria, a combined customer experience and workforce engagement software and cloud-services company. Vector Capital (former owner of Aspect) remains a minority equity holder; the combined transaction is valued at over $1 billion.
