Masimo has completed its acquisition of Sound United, bringing the premium audio brands (including Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, Polk Audio, Marantz, and others) into a Masimo subsidiary based in Carlsbad, California. Masimo said it will leverage Sound United's consumer channels and audio/home-integration capabilities to accelerate distribution of combined consumer-facing healthcare and home products.

HARMAN Acquires Roon

Roon will operate as a standalone HARMAN business, retaining its existing team and continuing to grow its open device ecosystem while leveraging HARMAN's scale and engineering resources to expand product capabilities and reach.

Sound United Acquires Bowers & Wilkins

Sound United — itself a portfolio company of Charlesbank Capital Partners — will integrate Bowers & Wilkins into its portfolio to leverage scale, engineering expertise, and distribution to expand product development and consumer reach.

Sonos Acquires Mayht Holding BV

Sonos, Inc. acquired Netherlands-based Mayht Holding BV, a developer of a novel audio transducer technology, for approximately $100 million in cash. HARMAN Acquires CAARESYS

The deal brings CAARESYS' radar sensor and algorithms into HARMAN's automotive portfolio to accelerate in-vehicle safety, comfort and well-being features for automakers.

HARMAN Acquires Apostera

Apostera's hardware-agnostic AR/MR platform and expertise will be integrated into HARMAN's Automotive division to expand its digital cockpit and in-vehicle AR/MR capabilities.
