The deal transfers Sound United's portfolio of premium audio brands — including Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, Marantz, Polk Audio, HEOS, Classé, Definitive Technology and Boston Acoustics — to HARMAN, expanding its product offerings across home, personal and automotive audio; media reports value the transaction at approximately $350 million.
