Sonos Acquires Mayht Holding BV

Sonos, Inc. acquired Netherlands-based Mayht Holding BV, a developer of a novel audio transducer technology, for approximately $100 million in cash. The acquisition brings Mayht's people, technology and IP into Sonos to accelerate product roadmap and enable smaller, lighter speaker form factors without sacrificing audio quality.
