Dallas-based private equity firm Highlander Partners acquired McIntosh Group, the designer and manufacturer of premium consumer audio brands including McIntosh and Sonus Faber, through a newly formed holding company. Highlander plans to use the acquisition as the anchor of a luxury technology platform and pursue a buy-and-build strategy to grow the business globally.

Transom Capital Acquires Bose Professional from Bose Corporation

Transom Capital Group has acquired the Bose Professional division from Bose Corporation in a divestiture that transfers ownership of the company's commercial installation and conferencing businesses to the private equity firm. Masimo Acquires Sound United
