Sitero has acquired the AI assets and business of studyOS, integrating studyOS’s Ash AI Clinical Trial Agent into its Mentor eClinical suite and launching SiteroAI to create an AI-powered CRO. studyOS’s technical and AI engineering teams will join Sitero and Ellis Butterfield, former CEO of studyOS, is appointed CTO to lead integration and product strategy. The combined platform aims to deliver measurable 20–30% efficiency gains across the clinical development lifecycle beginning in 2026.
