ECI will support CMap’s international growth (UK and US), deepen its AEC and consulting vertical presence, expand the team, and accelerate the product roadmap.

Charterhouse Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Amtivo

Charterhouse Capital Partners has entered into an agreement to invest in Amtivo, a London-headquartered provider of accredited certification, training and technology-enabled services. Charterhouse is acquiring Amtivo from August Equity (which will retain a minority stake), and will work with management to drive organic growth and continue an acquisition-led expansion strategy.

NorthEdge Capital Invests in CMAP

Hornetsecurity Group Acquires Altaro

Hornetsecurity Group, a Germany-based cloud email security provider backed by PSG and Verdane, has agreed to acquire Altaro, a Malta-headquartered developer of backup solutions for Microsoft 365 and virtual machines. The deal expands Hornetsecurity's product suite and international footprint by adding Altaro's Office 365 and VM backup capabilities to create a broader cloud security and compliance platform.
